This website is dedicated in memory of the victims of the Crandon tragedy whose young lives were senselessly taken October 7, 2007. Through this site, it is our hope that their families and friends can come here to continue and celebrate the lives of these children - our Crandon Angels.

    I continue to keep you in my prayers. This tragedy is so hard to understand, impossible to accept. Yet, you have shown us all how to rise above the unthinkable….and, we are all better for having known and been with you through it. The memorial is beautiful. Make A Donation To The Memorial Fund.

Thank you for the continued support, prayers and donations to the Fountain of Youth Memorial Fund. Your generosity has enabled us to purchase the site of the tragedy, raze the home and build a beautiful memorial fountain and gardens for all to visit. Your continued support is important so that we can build a fund to maintain the memorial in perpetuity. The fund is managed by the Laona State Bank. If you would like to make a donation, please send a check.

Dedicate a Memorial Brick

If you would like to purchase a permanent brick to be placed into the walkway of the Crandon Fountain of Youth Memorial, download an order form and send it in (the address is on the form). Each brick is engraved with a personal message. Download your brick dedication form.


Visit The Memorial

Thanks to the countless volunteers and thousands of hours of donated time, the Fountain of Youth Memorial Fountain and Gardens is almost complete. The Memorial will be open to the public and it is our hope that it become a special gathering place to remember fondly the young lives of our children. A candlelight vigil will be held at the Memorial site on October 7th at 6 pm on the second anniversary of the tragedy.
